In this week’s show Eric talks about what drives the whole business building machine, and that is a concept called Raving Fans.
As you’re building your network marketing business, one of the most important things to do is to create a culture of raving fans about your product or service. People are so passionate about your product or service that they’re sharing it with the entire world.
According to Eric in order to create Raving Fans, there are a number of things that you need to do within your organization. The first is your own personal passion. You need to be the number one cheerleader. Perhaps you have heard from leaders or others that the product doesn’t matter, it is all about the opportunity, and Eric says that belief does not serve you, nor the business. Some the biggest earners are Raving Fans, and what that means is, without product sales, there is no opportunity. So number one is a chief raving fan.
The second way is to create your own product or service story. That means you need to use the products whenever appropriate and to use them publicly whenever you can so you can brag about it. As Eric further explains when you start telling your product or service story, and other people in the organization see that they’re going to start telling their product or service story. So start creating a culture where everybody is sharing stories. However, just because maybe that was the result for you, it might not be the result for everyone so make sure the stories are within the compliance of your company and what you can legally say. There is no need to over-hype it or exaggerate.
The third way to become a raving fan is through training. The more people know about the products or services and how they’re delivered and how they’re created, the background behind them, and the studies and the whatever, the people behind the products. They more they know about it, the more passionate they’re going to get. The best companies and leaders have training on the product or service all of the time. They are training and educating people.
As Eric explains, the reason you need to be a raving fan and to create raving fans is for retention. People will stay in the business longer and people stay customers longer. This creates stability and builds residual income. And in conclusion, Eric offers this: “join me in creating a culture all over network marketing, all over the world, of raving fans because that’s going to help all of us get the result that we really want in our business. It’s also going to help us spread the word about the importance and valuable products and services that people really need in their lives.”

Take The 30 Challenge
This week, I want to expand more on Creating Summer Momentum in your Network Marketing business … If you haven’t already watched last week’s show, you might want to watch that one first.
Back in April, I issued a 30-Day Challenge to all of you to help you go from average to extraordinary. The challenge was to commit to doing at least 30 presentations with a prospect in the next 30 days, and also challenge your team members to do the same. This challenge involves talking to people and sharing your opportunity. Now, if you are a shy person, or introverted, this can really be a struggle… As someone who is introverted and struggled with this exact thing back when I was getting started, I know exactly how intimidating and daunting of a task recruiting and prospecting can be. Recently I held a webinar on the “7 Steps to Becoming a Recruiting Machine”, and in this webinar, I help you overcome some of the mental blocks you might have and also give you the 7 steps you need to become a recruiting superstar …
So here is what I want you to do to help you create momentum and get you and your team building during the summer when everyone else is on vacation:
- Rewatch the 30-Day Challenge video and make the commitment to say YES!
- Click here to register to watch the 7 Steps to Becoming a Recruiting Machine. You can access it on-demand by replay, or signup for one of the upcoming timeslots for this webinar. Even if you have already watched it, rewatch it to reinforce what you learned and really cement this training so you can help your team recruit better, and they can help their people.
- Share this with your Team Members! Get everyone on the same page so you are creating massive duplication within your organization.
- Make a commitment to Create Summer Momentum by becoming a Recruiting Machine this summer while everyone else is taking a summer break.
This week Eric teaches us how to move past the slow summer months to create and keep momentum in your Network Marketing business. As Eric has told us before, there are two types of people in network marketing, the Amateurs, and the Professionals. During slow summer months, the amateurs say, “Well, all my distributors or all my prospects are busy. People are doing family time. People are going on vacation. People are distracted. People don’t want to look at the opportunity. People aren’t in a business mindset. Since they’re all busy, I’m gonna go on vacation.” The Professional makes the decision to get market share, to take advantage of the opportunities left lying on the table by all of the other distributors who have chosen to take the summer off, and they get a larger “slice of the pie.” So instead of accepting the excuses that no one’s ready to look at the opportunity, remember there’s a lot of people who can ‘t afford vacations, and might be desperately praying for an opportunity.
This summer you could find yourself you’re sitting in a situation where you have a choice; to either accept the limiting beliefs that now is not a good time to build, or use this as an opportunity to step in and get some market share. Eric further gives us strategies on how to get your market share and to get your team excited and on board with you also. The first is come up with a campaign or a recruiting blitz such as holding one home meeting a week or go on a 10-day recruiting blitz or a weekend blitz.
Eric suggests that you come up with a campaign now, write it down, and get a strong vision and game plan around it. Do not have a lost summer, use it for growth and momentum.

V4 FINAL – WARRINGTON STORY
In this week’s Million Dollar Interview, Eric interviews power Network Marketing couple Clive Leach and Diana Ross. They are from the UK and also have a home in Florida. They are number 2 in their company and have over 178,000 thousand customers in their organization and throughout their career in Network Marketing, they have earned over 14 million in commissions. Diana is a master promoter and Clive is an amazing trainer, and together they have built an empire which has forever changed their family’s future and contributed greatly to countless others.
However, things were not always this bright in their lives and with their financial security. Diana tells us of being a young girl of only 11, and her parents had just split from a bad marriage, and she and her mom were broke and struggling very hard. When she became old enough to work at the age of 14, Diana went on a crusade to find a job. After many No’s, she finally got a Yes and found a job so she could help contribute to the struggling household. By the time Diana had finished her primary education, she was offered a place at the university, but she turned it down. Diana wanted to get married and have a family. When she was 22 years old she had her first son, and then her second son followed 5 years later, however, she was still struggling to make ends meet, and she was working all kinds of part-time jobs to provide for her children. She knew there had to be a better way, but she didn’t know what that was. It wasn’t until she lost twins, which were born premature and only survived 24 hours, that she realized how short life could be, and a sense of urgency to find a better way took hold of her.
Clive’s story is a bit different, he was raised by both parents in the middle-class household and was educated at good school, and then went to work in the textile trade. While on a business trip to America he encountered two American gentlemen who showed him the power of leverage and he was blown away. He went back to the U.K. and a network marketing opportunity came along and he joined. That was in 1986, and he has been growing, building, and learning ever since.
Once Diana made the decision to join a network marketing company, she went all in with her recruiting efforts and was quite successful at it, however, she still didn’t understand the concept of duplication. It wasn’t until her upline held a home meeting and Clive came to give a training on duplication that she understood the leverage. This was also the meeting where Clive and Diana first met and fell in love…and a powerful force united. Diana was amazing at promoting and Clive was the master of training and leadership, and a union of the both was destined to be great.
Diana and Clive have been in Network Marketing for over 25 years, and they went through a couple of different network marketing companies before they found the company they are currently with and have been with for the past 19 years.
When asked why Network Marketing for all of these years, they both agreed at first it was for financial reasons, but as time passed and financial goals were met and they were making residual income, it became about contribution to others. To help others live their dreams and meet their goals.
Clive and Diana give this advice to anyone just starting out or currently building: “Think about where you are in life right now, and then think about where you would like to be? What does that look like? What does this provide for you and your family? What do you drive? Where do you live? Where do you travel?” “Write it all down in a journal and keep it with you every day, because, on this journey that you’re going to go on, things are going to get tough sometimes. Sometimes things don’t always work out, but you open that up, and you look at what you’ve written down, and that will help you get through those tough times. “
In this week’s show, Eric Worre reveals the number one secret of Million Dollar earners and leaders….
Relationships. Relationships are more important than your opportunity, product, compensation plan and skills. The truth is, people care more about you caring about them than they do about the great opportunity that you have. When people sense that they can trust you and believe in you, and have a relationship with you, then they’ll be open to looking at all your different opportunities, whether it’s to be a customer or to be a distributor. Relationships are the most important thing.
As Eric further explains, relationships are two-fold in your business. Just as forming a relationship and building trust is important for prospects, it works this way with your team also. If your team members don’t feel they have a relationship with you, or feel they can trust you and follow you, then you need to work on your team building and leadership skills.
Eric tells us that the greatest networkers build relationships, not just with people in network marketing, but anyone they meet. They connect by asking questions, being interested and being interested in them as a person. In conclusion, focus on building trust, building belief, being interested, listening, being a friend and good things will happen in your life and in your business.

Eric’s wish is for you to make the decision to become a Network Marketing Professional. For you to truly Go Pro. Because it is a stone-cold fact that Network Marketing is a better way. Now let’s go tell the world.
With a refreshing perspective, Matt Hall teaches the concepts and principles you are going to need to know about if you want to successfully build your MLM online. The truth is, attraction marketing is one of the most powerful ways to build your network marketing business. But you have to have the mindset and the consistency to see results. What if you had pre qualified leads coming to you every single day asking to work with you or learn more about your business?!
In this week’s show, Eric Worre talks about the pros and cons of competition and how competition, when used appropriately, can help you grow your business.
As Eric explains there can be a good side to healthy competition in this business. If you are like him and a competitive person by nature, then a little competition can really propel you into action because you like to win. For example, Eric tells a story of when he first got started in Network Marketing, there was a little competition amongst his team to see who could bring the most people to the next regional training event. He had only been with the company for 3 weeks, but he was determined to win, and he called everyone he knew to get them to the event. He did win, and received a hundred dollar bill for his efforts. That type of healthy competition is what drove him in the early stages through some of the ranks.
If you are a competitive person, sometimes you need to create a little competition to help motivate you. Such as, find someone at the same rank as you and create a little contest to see who will advance quickest, or who will bring the most people to the next convention, or who will add the most people in the next 30 days. As Eric tells us, you can use competition to create kind of an artificial reason to do the things you should be doing anyways. He further explains that you can also do this with your group… find out who in your team is driven by competition and use that to help catapult them to the next level, much like a sibling rivalry. For example, is Person A is getting ready for the next rank and so is Person B, spur a little rivalry between them to see who will get there first.
Eric warns us though, always do it in the name of fun and to drive enthusiasm, and not to cause hurt or negative feelings. Because the flip side of this equation is some people have negative feelings towards competitions. Some react negatively or feel pushed into doing something they aren’t ready to, nor want to. This can also be dangerous if the competition becomes close to comparing. Not everyone comes from the same background, or is bringing the same life experiences to the table, so it is important for it to be fun, and not make anyone feel it is a comparison of their efforts to others.
In conclusion competition can be good. It was for Eric, and it can be for some people in your organization, maybe even for you. There’s nothing like fun competition so long as it’s not mean spirited. Use it if they’re driven by little short term goals as leverage to get more action, more activity, help them face their fears and insecurities and take action.

To learn how you can get more leads for your network marketing business
By: Eric Worre
Everyone would love to go full-time in Network Marketing, everyone would love to enjoy the financial and personal freedom that network marketing provides, but how does one do that? And what is the fastest way to success? In this week’s 20-minute show, Eric Worre, takes us behind closed doors and gives the key to success in Network Marketing.
The fastest way to success is to improve the people who you’re spending time with. By that, Eric explains, hang around and associate with people who are a positive influence and can help you go where you want to go in life. To quote Jim Rohn, “You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” You will generally think how they think, go where they go, do what they do, your interests are gonna be similar, and your ambitions are gonna be similar. But if you are hanging around lazy, unmotivated, negative people, they will drag you down with them. So find people who are a positive influence on you and will help you grow your business.
As Eric further explains, if you don’t know how to recruit very well, or you’re insecure in recruiting, the fastest way to become a good recruiter, is to find people who are great recruiters, and listen to those people. Same applies in other areas, such as, if you’re not good at doing presentations, find a way to develop relationships and friendships with people who are doing great presentations. This works in all categories of building your network marketing business.
In the video Eric tells us of being a very young man and he wanted to learn and grow, so he absorbed every motivational, business building audio-cassette he could get his hands on. He listened to all the greats. He even drove hours around the country, sleeping in his car, just so he could shadow people that he admired in the Network Marketing business, just to listen when they spoke. He did everything he could, not only did he listen, shadow and absorb every word, but by working on his inner mental game, he found a way to bring value to a conversation with people much more successful than him, thereby earning his way into their “group”.
Eric explains that this type of transformation begins in your mind, but you also have to limit your association to negative people, or negative situations. But mostly you need to focus on expanding your association with positive influences and surround yourself with greatness, and the little negative things will slowly fade away… Some of Eric’s early mentors he never met, but they mentored him through video, audio, and books, and you can build associations just like that also. Feed your mind and surround yourself with people who have done what you aspire to do, is the fastest path to success in Network Marketing.
